Design and calculation
EM Quintana has a technical department of engineers specialized in metal structures and with specialized software in 3D that allows to visualize different simulations in order to find the most efficient solution for each project.
Manufacturing and assembly
EMQ applies CAD-CAM technology to the multiple processes of cutting, bending, machining and welding, which allow the fabrication of any metallic profile imaginable.
Project management
EMQ has tools that ensure adequate control of the projects in order to comply with the agreed requirements. Technical assistance, coordination, quality control, control of documents and technical specifications, management of technical staff and monitoring of the execution until the final delivery, are present in all projects.
Superficial treatment
The surface treatment in steel is based on procedures to improve the surface characteristics of the finished parts, obtaining a better resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and EF fire or to look for an aesthetic finish.
